E3 Details and Official Discussion Topic

E3. A great time of the year where we learn about new games to hit the stores soon. Below are the games that were revealed by Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony at this year's E3 gaming expo.

Microsoft:
Final Fantasy XIII(Surprising isn't it?)
Gears of War II
Fallout II
Rock Band II
Lips
You're In The Movies
Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts(Probably the only hyped thing from this lineup other than the obvious FF13)
Viva Pinata
Scene It? 2

Nintendo:
Animal Crossing: City Folk(The ONLY damn first party game Nintendo had to show. Disappointing but either way, Animal Crossing will be hitting stores later this year. Also this will be the first Wii game to use "Wii Speak" which is obviously voice chat.)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars(Lol at lightsaber duals with Wiimotes)
Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party(Not Rayman)
Call of Duty: World at War
Guitar Hero: On Tour Decades(Didn't they just release the damn ds version? New one coming out already.)
Spore Creatures
Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia(99.9% sure that some unlockable in this game will be transferable to Pokemon Platinum)
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars(LOL)
Wii Sports Resort(Epic sword fighting and it comes with WiiMotion Plus accessory to make things more epic.
Wii Music(This game was epic back at E3 06' but now it's PHAIL. P-H-Q-W-R-L, PHAIL.)

Sony:
Resistance 2(Took 20 mins in to show a damn game but it was a good one. This game is just...wow...I would probably by a PS3 for this if it wasn't so expensive. =P

Laki, you listen to press conferences!?! Wow!

First post updated with the news from Nintendo and...E3 is just phail this year. Most of the games from Nintendo are mainly for "newcomers" to gaming. >.> Only thing hitting my collection is Animal Crossing and probably Wii Sports(for the accessory and sword fighting =P) and maybe the GTA game though I'm not sure if it'll be success for fail. It's on the DS so do the math yourself. They mention the best at the start(Animal Crossing) and the rest was just...Casual, except GTA but im not so sure about that at the moment.

Hm. Impressive that you took the time to find all of this out... I didn't figure you for a press conferance kind of dude. Anyway... meh. Most of them don't sound that good.

No they do not. Sony is up next and they are going to be the ones to bring this failure of a once good event to an end. =/

I didn't know about the Wii Sports but I'll look into it and see if I want it. Even if I don't want it that badly the new Wii accessory that comes with it is reason enough. Animal Crossing is defiantly in my list of games to buy. Along with Wii Fit... But it's so damn hard to find that. Which is why I'm gonna be preordering the WIi Sports and Animal Crossing... To make sure I get them.

FFXIII And Gears Are the Only thing that matter to me. But what else could they do in the final fantasy series? If anyone Has played X and X2 that kinda ended that story. And with Gears I don't think it will be the same.

Maxis is releasing this AWESOME game called Spore. go to http://spore.com/ to download trial of creature editor and read what it's about. Coming out in September 7th. I've been waiting FOUR DAMN YEARS FOR THIS.
